Tracking Your Order

Once your payment has cleared:

  1. you will receive an email when your order has been processed (this can take 2 to 24 hours).
  2. You will receive a second email confirmation once your order has shipped. This email confirmation will include your tracking number as well as a link to follow the journey of your package to your door step.
  3. If there is an issue with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us (telephone number is below).
